Need a super simple, but delicious appetizer for your next gathering? Look no further than baked brie cups with toasted baguette. Baked brie is one of my favorite appetizers, and I love the portability and single-serving size of these baked brie cups.

Ingredients
Makes approximately 6 jumbo cups
- 12 oz brie
- Apricot preserves (or chutney/preserves of choice)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with silicone baking mats and jumbo silicone baking cups
- Cut brie into 1 inch cubes and divide equally among jumbo silicone baking cups
- Top each with 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves
- Bake approximately 10 minutes, until bubbling
- Top with toasted baguette slices
