Recipe: Baked Brie Cups

Need a super simple, but delicious appetizer for your next gathering? Look no further than baked brie cups with toasted baguette. Baked brie is one of my favorite appetizers, and I love the portability and single-serving size of these baked brie cups. 

Tools we use:


Makes approximately 6 jumbo cups
  • 12 oz brie
  • Apricot preserves (or chutney/preserves of choice)


  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with silicone baking mats and jumbo silicone baking cups
  2. Cut brie into 1 inch cubes and divide equally among jumbo silicone baking cups
  3. Top each with 1 tablespoon of apricot preserves
  4. Bake approximately 10 minutes, until bubbling
  5. Top with toasted baguette slices
