Recipe: Toasted Baguette Slices

Whether you're serving a pasta dish, putting together a charcuterie tray, or making our Baked Brie Cups, having toasted baguette slices is an easy way to add to the dish. What's not to love about 3 ingredients and just 15-20 minutes?

Tools we use:


  • Baguette
  • Olive Oil
  • Garlic (optional)


  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and prepare a baking sheet with silicone baking mats
  2. Slice baguette into evenly slices and arrange in a single layer on the silicone baking mats
  3. Bruce slices evenly with olive oil
  4. Bake 15 minutes, until lightly toasted
  5. (Optional) After cooled, rub one side of each toasted baguette with a clove of peeled garlic
